2. How fast do you process and ship orders ?
We process all orders in 1-2 business days or less (EXPRESS orders are processed same business day if received by 12:00pm CST). All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once we ship your order and notify you by e-mail, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:
Domestic: USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 days.
International: USPS Priority International, 6-10 business days (indemnity and tracking included).
Domestic: USPS Parcel Post or UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Residential at our discretion, 4-6days. First Class Mail available upon request for packages under 13 ounces. Please contact us for price.
1st Class International Mail is offered for International shipments up to 4 pounds. Please be aware that there is NO tracking and insurance is not available. Delivery time is not specified and can take up to 4 weeks.
Domestic: USPS Express Mail, next day guaranteed to most locations.
Canadian: USPS Express Mail, 1-3 days
International: By e-mail or phone request only

3. How are shipping & handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated and options given at the end of Check Out based upon total weight of your order.
4. How do you package your shipments?
We take pride in packaging all shipments with premium packing materials and durable cartons to insure safe delivery.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted on line. If you wish to use PayPal, checks or money orders please contact us to make arrangements.
6. What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will receive confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Happy Toy Depot. All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by Happy Toy Depot and one once it ships.
7. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 1-630-980-9087 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your order is being processed.
8. Is it safe to use my credit card online at your website?
YES! Is is very safe to use your credit card on our site. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. 9. When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed.
10. What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, we can send it to you via e-mail. Just click the link on the log-in page.
11. Why isn't your site working with my browser?
Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant browser (this means it has a "secure" mode.)
